In 2003, assembled a core group of fraters to design a plan to restore the house and resurrect the Epsilon Chapter. Served as President and Manager of the LLC until 2011. Received the Grand Prytanis Key Leader Award in 2011.
224 Ash LLC is an Iowa limited liability company that that was formed to purchase and restore the TKE fraternity house at 224 Ash Avenue in Ames, Iowa. In 2002 Epsilon chapter declined and the finances were not sustainable. In 2003, the LLC was formed to purchase the property, renovated the house and reestablish the fraternity with the investment of $1,700,000 from dedicated fraters. Today the house and finances are in excellent condition and the men of Epsilon Chapter are well and thriving.
