Contracted for the purchase of the property for Redeemer and coordinated the development approval process through Larimer County.

Big Horn Ridge is a 68 Acre development in Larimer County. Lot 2 is the site of Redeemer Lutheran Church with Lots 1 an3 remaining for future development.

Ponderosa Estates

Big Horn Resources purchased the property and coordinated the subdivision process through the City of Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming.

Ponderosa Estates is a 40 acre development located 4 miles north of Buford, WY and just south of Curt Gowdy State Park. The development has two 20 acre lots; one with a log cabin and one undeveloped. The site is wooded with Ponderosa pines and several large rock outcroppings and is secluded, and very accessible.

Lincoln Place

Assisted the property owners and the O’Connor Group with the purchase contract, an EPA site clean-up approval and Urban Renewal zoning with the City of Loveland.

Lincoln Place is a unique redevelopment project that revitalizes Loveland’s urban downtown area offering a unique day and night activity center with residential, retail and commercial units.
