Big Horn Resources, Inc. is a family owned Colorado corporation with Gary Kounkel as its President that offers development, construction and management services in property, business, product and project areas.

The Company has the experience and ability to analyze and select quality, viable opportunities. It then serves as  a match-maker to prioritize and assemble the necessary management, land, business structure and financial resources into a workable structure to produce successful ventures.

Gary’s business experience includes twenty eight years of corporate management, primarily as president and general manager of companies including start up and growth subsidiaries.  Particular areas of experience include business and real estate development, construction, technology and agriculture.  In addition to a wealth of management experience through both prosperous and distressed economies, considerable aptitude has been acquired in the areas of financial and strategic planning, marketing and sales, acquisitions and mergers, presentations, real estate entitlements and project development.

This diversified business management, education and experience has led to a rewarding career of serving as CEO, COO, and General Manager for subsidiaries and divisions of highly successful corporations including Avnet, Inc., Bourns, Inc., Confinement Livestock Systems, Inc., Big Horn Livestock Systems, Inc. and Farmland Industries, Inc.  Gary presently owns his own business, Big Horn Resources, Inc., a Colorado Corporation which utilizes his background and experience to provide clients with investment, business and real estate development and management consulting services.
